what is run 4 ramen?

You can run, jog, or walk on your own, or with your friends! Pick a distance from 5km, 10km, or 16km, or 21.1km (half-marathon). 

You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.  You’ll need to log your activity using a phone, smart watch, or similar electronic device to show you’ve completed the Run 4 Ramen. 

how do I log my run(s)?

You can log your activity online via our website.

Complete the form with a screenshot of your tracker (such as Apple Watch, Garmin, Strava, Runkeeper, etc.) and you’re done! 

how long do I have to complete the run 4 ramen?

Registered participants have two weeks, starting June 25 at 00:00 PST and ending at July 9 23:59 PST, to complete AND log their run(s). 

where do I run 4 ramen?

On the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). Anywhere is possible!

can I break up my run into several shorter runs?

No, you must complete your chosen distance in one single activity by the deadline. 

are there prizes? what about cheaters?

No, there are no prizes for first place – or any other place.

We recognize that some people may choose to cheat. They are only cheating themselves.
