Tokyo Marathon Friendship Run 2018

What: 4KM (2.5 mile) untimed fun run. Didn’t win the ballot for the Tokyo Marathon? Not ready for a marathon but want to get into the spirit of things? If you’ll be in Tokyo, sign up for the Tokyo Marathon Friendship Run! Mix and mingle among those with bibs and runners who are just there to have fun! The Friendship Run is a perfect opportunity to get warmed up for the main event and meet runners from all over the world! 

The Tokyo Marathon Friendship Run aims to extend to runners from overseas a warm welcome unique to Japan. The Friendship Run provides a hospitable environment encouraging interaction among runners who have gathered from all over the world for the Tokyo Marathon. The Tokyo Marathon Foundation is proud to host the Pre-Race Festa, which includes the Tokyo Marathon Friendship Run 2018 and the Tokyo Marathon Family Run 2018. 

When: Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00

Where: Ariake (Tokyo), by Kokusai Tenjijo (国際展示場) station. Start/Finish is between the Ariake Frontier building and the Panasonic Center Tokyo. The 4KM course is a one loop course through Symbol Promenade Park
